Dear GEDIs,
Take a look at this interesting text about pcyhological research relating brain research and learning from failure.
Bellow this, there is a lot of other interesting texts - take a look at them when you have extra time - but do not procrastinate if you were supposed to do your research! :)
Best regards,
Miloš
Miloš,
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing this interesting study. I'm afraid of failure, but over the last few years of graduate study, I've learned to mess up sooner than later so that I can get on with the learning process. It's good to face up to uncertainty and try to improve your understanding of a problem. The study makes sense. Praise of your intelligence feels good. I think we all want some of that. However, to me, I think it's actually better to consistently confront that fear of being wrong, which will lead to more learning. That may mean seeking out people who will give you an honest evaluation of your work and work with you to better understand the problem at hand.
